In chapter four, they're in a little grove. Their lieutenant's hand got shot so this 304th regiment with more veterans take over cause they feel they are more experienced. Now at this point Henry know that he will no think less of himself if he does feel like running away.

-Why does Henry feel that if he puts all he's got into battle that he won't make it home?
