So in chapter seven, Henry is kind of made at the guys who stayed and fought against the enemy, while the other soldiers including himself ran away. He feels as though they made him look cowardly and scared. But now that he's in the forest he feels comforted by nature and decides to take a little stroll. When he's strolling through the forest he comes upon a dead corpse wearing a uniform such as his own. He stares at it for awhile and notices that ants are crawling all over his face. Henry decides to walk away, still speechless about what he just saw.
